Advanced 3D, Inc was founded in 2022 to address the rapid expansion of the prototyping and 3D printing market. We have built a state-of-the-art infrastructure capable of 24/7 operation to provide our customers with rapid turn-around. As a digital-first organization, protecting your privacy is a core value of our organization. It is, therefore, essential for us to tell you what personal data we collect, how this data is used, and what choices you have with how Advanced 3D, Inc handles your information. 

While our product offerings leverage manufacturing with the latest additive technologies and workflows, it must occur with a trust that personal data is secure.

Use of the Advanced 3D Website

Advanced 3D Inc’s interest is the secure and functional operation of the website. Customer Account Request Form 

 

Advanced 3D provides users with secure login credentials to submit orders and access resources tailored to their unique needs. Customer Account Request forms allow prospective customers to send us information about their organization and manufacturing requirements in order for us to determine the digital manufacturing solutions that best meet their needs. 

When you submit a Customer Account Request Form, we process the following data to determine your eligibility:

Mandatory data fields, which are necessary to determine if Advanced 3D Inc can meet your needs, are required before the form can be submitted.

By filling out the Customer Account Request Form, you consent to Advanced 3D Inc saving and using your personal and medical data.  

By requesting a Customer Account Request Form, you have demonstrated an interest in such products and services. Thus, Advanced 3D handles your data to respond to your request to trial our products. Transfer of personal data to countries outside the USA and Canada 

We may transfer your data to entities whose registered office is located outside the USA and Canada. In doing so, we will ensure prior to the transfer, that apart from exceptional cases permitted by law and where an adequate level of data protection exists at the recipient’s end. Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act 

The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) provides Canadians with a right to access the personal information that an organization holds about them. They also have the right to challenge the accuracy and completeness of the information and have that information amended as appropriate. Requests for access to personal information will be processed within 30 days of receipt. If needed, we may extend this 30-day timeline with notification to the individual. 

The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act 

Advanced 3D Inc cares about protecting the online privacy of children. Absent appropriate consent, we will not intentionally collect any personal information (such as a child’s name or e-mail address) from children under the age of 13.
